Returns Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team. The product must meet all return conditions to be eligible for a refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. UPI or wallet refunds may be completed within 2–4 days, while bank or card refunds may take additional time depending on the provider.

If a customer cancels the order after shipment or refuses delivery, a Rs100 cancellation/handling charge will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

No refunds will be provided for used products, items returned after 2 days of delivery, or products that do not meet return conditions. SSPowerHub reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with the policy.

In case of non-returnable items such as opened electronic accessories (air buds, cables, adapters), no refund will be issued unless the product is proven defective upon delivery.
