Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped or marked as out for delivery, cancellation will not be accepted. Customers must raise cancellation requests immediately after placing the order.

If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery or requests cancellation after the product has been shipped or delivered, a Rs 100 cancellation/handling charge will be applicable. This amount may be deducted from the refund or charged separately.

SSPowerHub reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, cancellation will result in order termination without any refund.

Repeated cancellations or refusal of orders may lead to restrictions or blocking of future orders. Once an order is processed, changes to address, product, or payment method may not be possible.
